You'll be setting the stage for our Acquisition Managers by diligently following up and scheduling appointments. - Respond to all new leads quickly (calls, web forms, text)
- Make outbound calls to warm, cold, and old leads daily
- Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price
- Set appointments for the Acquisition team
- Maintain detailed notes and task reminders in the CRM
- Follow a daily call and follow-up schedule
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Provide status updates to the sales team
- Re-engage old leads and nurture long-term prospects
Required:
- Strong phone communication skills
- Positive, coachable attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Basic tech and CRM proficiency
- Ability to follow scripts and processes
- Must live in the Houston, TX area
Preferred (not required):
- Inside sales background
- Real estate or wholesaling experience
- Familiarity with CRM or similar tools
Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
