Assistant Sales Manager – Hand & Stone Oak Forest

We Need a Sales Leader Who Can Drive Results and Develop Talent Compensation & Opportunity- $15/hour base pay + performance bonuses and commission
- 28‑33 hours per week with clear path to full‑time for proven performers
- Weekend availability required (peak earning hours)

- Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets – membership/subscription sales experience is a plus!
- Experience training others in sales techniques and customer conversion
- Leadership presence that motivates teams to perform at higher levels
- Calm under pressure while driving ambitious sales goals
- Available weekends and flexible to meet business needs
