Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for generator inspections, maintenance agreements, and related service offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, property management groups, industrial operators, commercial contractors, and other key decision-makers
- Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs, gather technical information, and recommend service solutions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow brand presence
- Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic decisions and sales initiatives
- 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience; industrial or commercial equipment service sales preferred
- Experience selling generator services, HVAC, electrical services, or other mechanical/equipment-based solutions is highly desirable
- Proven track record of prospecting, cold outreach, and new business development (hunter mindset)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic technical information related to equipment inspections and service programs
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
