ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Identify all Raymond equipment service and support customers and prospects in assigned territory.
* Prioritize all new service business prospects, develop and implement conversion sales plan.
* Analyze and evaluate all existing service accounts for customer loyalty and growth potential, develop and implement sales growth plan.
* Familiarize each prospect and existing customer with the full range of MALIN service and support products and services and promote the benefits resulting from their use.
* Work closely with equipment sales representatives as new equipment sales opportunities are identified.
* Assist in the resolution of customer service problems or disputes that might arise from your customer base.
* Keep customer database current and complete at all times.
* Conduct market research on an on-going basis and provide manager with timely, competitive information.
* Assist in resolving any customer billing issues that may arise including delinquent accounts.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Stays knowledgeable within industry, market and business updates and changes.
* Provide regular and ad hoc reports to management as required.
* Support the development of department and corporate sales and marketing plans as necessary.
* Develop and maintain good customer relations on a continuous basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
* Three or more years of experience in account management, preferably in industrial, heavy equipment or material handling industry
* Experience with CRM tool and Microsoft Office programs -- Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Bachelor's degree preferred; professional experience in lieu of education will be considered

* Ability to develop sales presentations via phone or in person that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management and peers.
Reasoning Ability & Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply general scientific and business mathematical techniques for conveying product knowledge and pricing negotiation. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions.
Physical Requirements
* While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear.
* The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
