Our partner, a modern African spirits company, is on a mission to highlight African brands on the world’s bar. We need an experienced, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to grow the brand across Houston’s off‑premise accounts – primarily Total Wine – with a focus on account management, in‑store brand activations and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with Total Wine and other premium off‑premise accounts.
- Ensure consistent sell‑through and brand visibility at point‑of‑sale.
- Provide ongoing account support, ensuring strong execution and follow‑through.
- Plan and execute in‑store tastings, promotions, and activations to drive consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with store teams to maximize brand presence and shopper conversion.
- Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting on account performance, activation results, and market feedback.
- Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and activations, and share insights from activations and account performance to inform broader marketing and sales strategy.
- Proven experience in beverage/alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or retail account management.
- Strong familiarity with off‑premise retail, ideally with Total Wine or similar chains.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results.
- Confident communicator with excellent follow‑through and reporting discipline.
- Passion for spirits, hospitality, and culture.
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.

Salary & Commission$30–$35 /hr, depending on experience, plus commission.
