• Experience in organizations that have recently commercialized their product
• Hands-on experience in driving sales growth and brand adoption
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Resourceful, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs related to channel sales
