Operations Manager | Luxury Jewelry Brand

Overview

ILA SODHANI is hiring an Operations Manager to help drive the day-to-day execution of a growing luxury jewelry brand.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure. The right person is not just task-oriented — they are someone who takes ownership, follows through, communicates clearly, and keeps things moving at a high level.

You will work closely with the Founder and play a key role in keeping the business organized, responsive, and operationally strong.

• Managing jewelry production timelines and order flow
• Overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination
• Supporting client communication, scheduling, and follow-up
• Maintaining website product updates, pricing, and accuracy
• Building systems and processes that improve efficiency and accountability
• Helping keep multiple moving parts organized and on track

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Sharp, dependable, and resourceful
• Excellent communicator with a polished, professional presence
• Comfortable balancing logistics, client communication, and execution
• Able to work independently and take real ownership
• Excited by luxury, design, and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Experience in jewelry, luxury, fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a founder-led business is a plus.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
