• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Clean, fill, and rotate the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.
• Perform regular maintenance and keep the department clean throughout shifts.
• Replenish product during the morning shift in assigned areas.
• Assist customers throughout the entire shift.

• Read and write Spanish/English and interact with the general public and colleagues.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Physical capability: lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification (required).

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
