This is a part-time, on-site Key Holder role located in Houston, TX. The Key Holder will provide support to the store management by assisting in daily operations, opening and closing the store, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing transactions, overseeing sales floor activities, and maintaining store standards. Additionally, the role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, promoting product knowledge, and supporting sales initiatives to drive store success.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Communication to assist with sales, engage customers effectively, and represent the brand
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge to confidently educate customers and guide purchasing decisions
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership qualities, and the ability to perform opening and closing procedures
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store appearance and managing inventory
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a relevant field is a plus
