, Houston’s top bridal boutique and a proud member of The Knot Hall of Fame, is seeking charismatic, driven Part-Time Bridal Stylists to join our award-winning team.

Since opening in 2012, we’ve earned the Couple’s Choice Award every single year by delivering unforgettable experiences to our brides - and we’re just getting started.

As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll act as both trusted advisor and sales professional
, guiding brides and their parties through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.

• Build lasting relationships with brides and their families
• Deliver an elevated, personalized bridal shopping experience
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain strong closing ratios and follow up to drive additional sales
• Style brides in gowns that reflect their vision, body type, and personality
• Support daily store operations (appointments, emails, phones, steaming, tagging, etc.)
• Uphold the Whittington Bridal standard of service, professionalism, and warmth

• Competitive commission-based pay
• Tips, spiffs, and performance-based incentives
• Part-time schedule:
  up to 30 hours per week
• Sales-driven earning potential in a high-energy environment

You’re a great fit if you are:

• A confident, motivated salesperson who loves closing
• Friendly, outgoing, and naturally charismatic
• A team player with strong initiative and work ethic
• Comfortable multitasking in a high-touch retail environment
• Able to work Saturdays (required)
• Professional in appearance and communication

• 1+ year of retail or sales experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and administrative tasks
