What You'll Do:

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience by combining your knowledge, personality, and the guests' needs with our high-quality fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Exceed sales targets by engaging customers and building lasting relationships. Assist customers in finding suitable products.
• Become a Vision Expert: Provide tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions fitting each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and Grow: Improve your skills through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work with your team and leadership to maintain a positive environment.
• Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
