• Help provide the freshest quality products for customers through a well-stocked зах угди department while providing great customer service by performing all job responsibilities with a sense of ownership and teamwork.
• Continuously cut, prepare, tray, and merchandise fresh products on a daily basis while under the supervision of a Meat Cutter I.

• Cuts, trims, trays, scrapes meat for display according to company standards and in partnership with a Meat Cutter I.
• Fill products: chickens, chops, seasoned meats as needed.
• Operate grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weigh, wrap, and label product packages for sale.
• Rotate product in meat cooler and sales floor; ensure proper storage practices.
• Communicate consistently to meet the highest quality and freshness standards.
• Practice safety awareness by performing meat‑cutting duties safely at all times.
• Assist in technical areas as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service by cutting meat products and labeling appropriately.
• Answer customers’ questions regarding products and assist them with selections.

• Clean and sanitize display cases; properly operate and maintain equipment.
• Comply with department/store operating procedures and federal/state regulations.

• Minimum age 18 (mandatory).
• Experience working incubation fast‑paced, high volume environment.
• Experience in customer service.
• Completion of required job skills and seid compliance‑related training.

• Working knowledge of JVSS Meat Cutter training aids and SOPs.
• Working knowledge of product rotation, department/store sanitation, shrink awareness.
• Communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Function in a fast‑paced retail environment with detailed and precise tasks.
• Work with customers, staying attentive to their needs.

• Demonstrate the ability to lift 90 lbs and manage in excess of 90 lbs.
• It is Partners' responsibility to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy, break it into lighter components or seek assistance.
