Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results by analyzing the business, overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer experience. They lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development, and will eventually be groomed to become future store leaders.
