• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move.kotlin up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (optional).
• Retail Management Certificate (optional).

• Provide customer service and conduct various tasks within the bakery under the supervision of the Bakery Manager.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases.
• Clean shelvingிய and display cases.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain self‑serve displays in the front of the store and adjacent to the bakery.
• Work with customers to take special orders.
• Collaborate with the Baker to determine items that may need to be baked or decorated. لغ>3
• Assist in department cleaning by h(Grouping) ing floors with soap and water to ensure نفر maintain cleanliness.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and visual and auditory vigilanceultima as required.
