Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Position Summary: Responsible for sorting through hard‑line donations and separating sellable items from outlet product. Research prices and price items according to GWH guidelines, sort and process donations, and perform assigned duties while upholding GWH’s mission, policies, and procedures. Ensure efficient and cost‑effective operation to maximize profitability for the mission.

• Research merchandise value using current GWH baseline pricing guides or internet sources.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, merchandising, and competitive pricing.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet each customer with a friendly attitude.
• Work quickly to meet GWH production standards.
• Ensure product is continually rotated.
• Assist with keeping production supplies available and loading/unloading merchandise.
• Receive, record, and sort donations according to GWH guidelines.
• Notify the manager of low or overstocked merchandise.
• Assist in merchandising produced goods on the sales floor per guidelines.
• Assist with floor recovery and perform necessary janitorial work.
• Report all work incidents and injuries immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience preferred.

The ability to stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, kneel, push, and pull. Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Stand for extended periods. Interior work environment with occasional outdoor exposure; moderate noise level.
