The role of the Fulfillment Wholesale Lead is to oversee the wholesale team and ensure that processes, procedures and quality standards are being met. The Wholesale Lead will communicate with vendor carriers, verify that proper documents accompany wholesale shipments, receive products, assist with retail pending volume, and ensure FIFO is followed. The Lead may collaborate with other leads and the Fulfillment Manager on process improvements.

• Ensure timely delivery of wholesale orders
• Update the Wholesale Shipping requirements sheet
• Follow customer‑specific shipping requirements
• Communicate clearly with various carriers
• Problem‑solve when issues arise with international shipments (customs clearances, documentation, duties, taxes)
• Coordinate wholesale shipments via multiple carriers
• Receive product, supplies and other miscellaneous items
• Verify incoming shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records
• Accurately enter product quantities in various systems
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out)
• Update and maintain the Real Time Lot sheet
• Keep Google sheets up to date with product information (new products, label VCNs, SKUs)
• Assist with retail orders pending volume
• Provide wholesale training for other team members
• Follow OSHA, TX Dept of Health, and FDA compliance guidelines
• Maintain clean supplies, tools, equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment

• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office
• Experience with Shipstation, Quick Books, Sku Vault
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated and proactive
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
• Forklift operation ability

• cGMP Training
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
• Forklift Certified
