Safe Truck Parking Yard Attendant

The Parking Attendant monitors vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot. The Parking Attendant maintains secure watch over the lot and ensures that Safetruck Parking guidelines for allowable activities are being followed by the customers. The Parking Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the lot and facilities. Records and documents vehicles entering and exiting the lot. Verifies authorized access for all vehicles entering the lot.

Takes payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities:

* Ensures that security measures are in place and functional Monitors and enforces parking lot rules

* Routinely removes trash and debris from the lot and cleans facilities as needed.

* Provides excellent service to customers as needed

* Maintains a positive and professional demeanor

* Must be able to perform basic computer skills

* Positive attitude/high integrity Able to operate equipment connected with maintaining the lot and facilities

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Must be available overnights and weekends

* Supports yard manager

Required Experience:

* High School Degree (GED), some college preferred

* Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay $18.00 - $20.29
