The Lead Team Member helps maintain a clean, organized store and fosters a customer-first culture through high standards. Key duties include assisting customers, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and supporting store profitability and safety. Acts in a leadership capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant.

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Model product knowledge and sales techniques
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist in merchandising and product displays
• Perform daily cleaning and reset standards
• Operate cash registers and assist with self-checkout
• Support opening and closing the store

• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of safety policies
• Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math
• Cash handling experience preferred

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 lbs.
• Exposure to various environmental conditions and cleaning products

High school diploma and supervisory experience preferred. This is a full-time, entry-level management role in retail.
