Overview
We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks.

- Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
- Responsible for cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
- Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
- Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.

- Must be available to work flexible hours including day, night, weekends and holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside).
