· Salary: $84,465–$148,559 annually.

As Circle K’s Store Manager, you will lead store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and financial performance. You will recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and build strong relationships with suppliers and the local community.

• Lead, hire, and train store employees, fostering a customer‑focused culture.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory control, and merchandising standards.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs in line with company guidelines.
• Analyze sales and P&L data to maximize profit and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and community stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct regular appraisals.
• Handle customer complaints and promote a safe, positive public image.
• Prepare required reports, manage cash, and safeguard store funds.

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience, preferably in convenience or quick‑service retail.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Proficient computer skills (inventory, reporting, cash management).
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
