Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We are looking for team members who are ready for a part‑time leadership career and enjoy working for a growing organization that is expanding beyond 300 stores nationwide. As a Team Sales Lead, you’ll energize the floor, coach teammates, and create an environment that feels like game day every day.

• Staffing: shift management, leading others.
• Customer service: ensuring the customer remains the top priority.
• Delivery results: inventory control and selling strategies.
• Merchandising: maintaining visual standards, executing floor moves, organizing and game‑planning.
• Supporting key operations such as returns, transfers, merchandising and loss prevention.

• Strong leadership and clear, confident communication.
• Detail oriented with an enthusiastic, outgoing attitude.
• Ability to use basic digital devices and online applications.
• Growth mindset.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays and local sports events.
• Strong physical ability: stand, walk, talk or hear, use hands, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly wage: $15.00–$17.00.
