Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations while delivering an exceptional, elevated guest experience. This role leads service teams, upholds brand and service standards, drives performance, and ensures the restaurant operates with excellence, professionalism, and profitability.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence- Lead all front‑of‑house operations to ensure flawless execution of fine dining service standards
- Actively engage with guests, build relationships, and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury hospitality, presentation, and ambiance
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor front‑of‑house staff
- Conduct pre‑shift meetings, ongoing service training, and performance evaluations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high‑performance culture
- Enforce policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Oversee scheduling, floor management, and labor control
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor service flow, reservations, seating, and special guest requests
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand’s standards, values, and culture
- Maintain polished personal appearance and ensure staff professionalism
- Uphold the restaurant’s reputation through excellence in hospitality and leadership
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, spirits, and guest relations
- Proven leadership, training, and team‑building skills
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sommelier or wine certification a plus
- Background in luxury hospitality, chef‑driven concepts, or high‑volume fine dining
- Experience with reservations systems, POS platforms, and inventory tools
