Trill Burgers, founded in Houston, is a smashburger concept co-created by rap icon Bun B, alongside notable restaurateurs and culinary experts. With 3 locations in the Houston Market and growing, Trill Burgers operates seven days a week, serving crave-worthy beef and vegan smash burgers, such as the award-winning OG Trill Burger. The restaurant has earned national recognition, including the title of “Best Burger in America” on “Good Morning America” in 2022 and a Gold Buckle Foodie Award in 2023.
Additionally, Trill Burgers is a vendor at Houston’s NRG Stadium and frequently welcomes visits from high-profile celebrities and athletes.
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager position based in the Houston, TX market. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage and motivate a team of staff, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and monitoring financial performance. The General Manager will also foster a positive work environment, handle customer inquiries, and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications- Proven leadership skills, including team management, staff training, and conflict resolution
- Experience in restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both staff and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting tools
- Previous general management experience, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus but not required
