Line Cook

A Kitchen Partner can hold various back-of-house roles including, but not limited to, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and store management.

The Kitchen Partner ensures all products are prepared timely according to company recipes, manages security and shrinkage, and maintains sanitation of their work area.

• Assist in guest needs
• Set up and reset stations for shifts
• Properly prepare guest orders
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Store incoming orders properly
• Check products against quality standards
• Complete daily checklists and par sheets accurately
• Ensure food quality meets expectations
• Control shrinkage/security
• Follow quality systems
• Report issues or malfunctions to management
• Maintain high personal standards
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand for 6-10 hours
• Manage conflicts effectively
• Demonstrate people skills, organization, and effective time management
• Communicate clearly, work efficiently under stress, and think quickly
