The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, self-motivated, diligent, and with a natural inclination to make the people around them happy.

• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and daily specials
• Suggest wine pairings based on the food they order
• Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management and immediately address all customer concerns as they present themselves
• Create a pleasant dining experience

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant environment required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with POS systems and standard restaurant procedures
• Food Handlers and TABC certifications
• Flexible availability, including mornings & evenings, weekends and holidays
