Principal Duties

• Prepare high-quality food items quickly and passionately
• Follow recipes and ensure outstanding presentation
• Complete prep lists and portion all products per specifications
• Run your station efficiently, follow recipes, and stock food as needed
• Know all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
• Ensure timely receipt and storage of deliveries
• Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
• Maintain a high-paced, clean work environment
• Assist with cleaning smallwares and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
