Our franchise organization, Amleh and Sons 2, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Cook is responsible for ensuring the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products. The role requires attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to product specifications.

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet items, including Carving and Display Cooking products, following Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items according to standards to ensure quality.
• Ensures fried products are always fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station if the Buffet Attendant is unavailable.
• Assists guests with carved meat options if the Carver is unavailable.
• Follows buffet production systems to maintain quality and shelf life.

• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving.
• Uses production guides to manage inventory.
• Performs opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintains equipment according to manuals.
• Rotates food using FIFO method.
• Checks inventory and build-to with the Manager at shift start and end.
• Ensures cleanliness of the Hot Cook area and smallwares.
• Completes duty roster and maintains standards of cleanliness, service, and quality.
• Follows health department laws.
• Keeps Char Grill clean and sanitized.

• Ensures Hot Choice Buffet products are hot and fresh for guests.
• Follows position responsibilities for just-in-time delivery.
• Provides friendly and courteous service, assisting guests as needed.
• Maintains professional communication at all times.
