As an Assistant Manager at Cabo Bob’s, you'll work alongside the General Manager, leading and coaching the team. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with a smile and lead by a positive example in all aspects of the job
  • Organize and plan for business
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve current processes
  • Interview candidates for employment
  • Pass down notes, complete temperature logs, clean up evaluations, prep lists, and restock checklists
  • Provide feedback to employees for growth and development
  • Attend weekly meetings with store managers to discuss business, staffing, produce orders, and service. These may include managers from other stores or leadership in the company
  • Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
  • Work schedule to include day or opening shifts, night or closing shifts and mid shifts
  • Cultivate relationships with Staff, Guests and Management Team
  • Uphold and enforce policies
  • To instill our BBM (Be friendly, Be helpful, Make it great)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current Food Handler certificates
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
  • Ability to multitask
