Dough Zone is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to lead operations across our Houston Locations
. This is a dynamic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric environments and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional dining experiences!

• Competitive Salary: Ranging from $60,000 - $65,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

• Shift Leadership & Execution: Direct daily FOH and BOH operations as the primary Manager on Duty to ensure seamless service flow and the achievement of daily sales targets.
• Team Supervision & Training: Lead hands-on onboarding and provide real-time coaching to staff to maintain high performance and consistent adherence to brand standards.
• Guest Satisfaction & Quality: Proactively manage the floor to ensure food quality excellence and resolve guest feedback immediately to maintain a premium dining experience.
• Safety & Operational Support: Enforce strict health and safety compliance while assisting with inventory management and real-time labor cost adjustments to protect profitability.

• 2+ years experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
