Shift Lead – MAS Restaurant Group
Join our team as a Shift Lead and play a key role in the operation of our restaurant. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self‑sufficient manner, taking ownership of problem resolution, seeking help when needed, and providing guidance to your team. This position is fast‑paced and requires taking initiative in a high‑energy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Execute marketing programs completely and on time.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment by modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors.
- Provide regular feedback to the team and the Restaurant General Manager.
- Entry level – no prior experience required.
- Full‑time commitment.
- Ability to work flexible and sometimes irregular hours.
