We are seeking a dedicated Counter Server for Velvet Taco who can greet Guests, take orders, and contribute to a positive, high-energy dining experience.

• Enthusiastically greets every Guest with a smile and positive attitude
• Take Guests’ order using the Velvet Taco steps of service
• Ensure dine-in, to-go and call-in orders are properly rung up in the POS
• Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions
• Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law (where applicable)
• Maintain a clean, sanitized service area
• Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items
• Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
• Other functions as assigned by management
• Have fun and Kick Ass

• Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Experience with POS systems and handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions
• Knowledge of menu items or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
