• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu with confidence
• Take orders accurately and deliver food & drinks with efficiency
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
• Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses
• Assist in training new team members, as needed
• Work as part of a team to keep the dining room running smoothly
• Handle payments and follow proper service standards

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attitude toward teamwork
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and lift a moderate weight
• TABC Certification
• Food Handlers Certification
