We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food and Beverage team to fill the position of Line Cook.
WhatYou Will Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line, workstations, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage and handling.
- Support the culinary team in special events, banquets, and in-room dining services.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes to meet luxury presentation standards.
- Participate in daily kitchen prep, including chopping, measuring, and preparing ingredients.

- Previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to food quality and safety.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, fast-paced conditions.
- Manual dexterity for food preparation and plating.
