Infectious Diseases Research Pharmacotherapy Fellowship
This one-year research‑intensive fellowship position will focus on translational, clinical, and outcomes research. Research is conducted in collaboration with expert faculty researchers from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. The fellow will learn in vitro microbiology techniques, molecular biology including PCR and DNA sequencing, and clinical research skills including execution of prospective cohort studies and clinical trials. Grant and manuscript preparation skills will be developed, and the fellow will be expected to lead and develop at least one independent research project.
Qualifications/requirements- Doctor of Pharmacy degree

Requires singular knowledge of a specialized advanced professional discipline or the highest level of general business knowledge, normally acquired through attainment of a directly job‑related terminal degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work being performed. No experience is required.
