Postdoctoral Fellow - Epigenetics

We are recruiting motivated and talented individuals with expertise in transcription regulation, RNA biology, genome architecture, biochemistry, and/or genomics to work in the laboratory of Dr. Angela Ting, https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).

The Ting Lab focuses on epigenetic regulation in both healthy and disease contexts. We have pioneered next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based DNA methylome assay and analytical methods, and we have successfully applied these tools for studying genome-wide changes in DNA methylation patterns in human diseases. In addition to mapping the epigenetic mark, we are also working on understanding the functional consequences of these aberrant patterns as well as the molecular mechanisms that initiate and propagate such abnormal features.

- Prepare and present research progress and results
