Who? What Markets? Everyone – electronics, retailers, service companies, vehicles, appliances, furniture, toys, food, EVERYONE! Companies (manufacturers) research products and services for a few reasons:
- To ensure a new product does what the consumer needs/wants it to do
- To see if the new product is liked and desired by the consumer
- To evaluate their product against the competitor (price, functionality, usability, desirability)
- To discover what customers like/dislike about theirs and their competitor’s products
Your Part – Rubber meets the road
- You are the face of the brand
- You are charged with executing costly and important studies
- You interact with respondents and sometimes clients
- You pay attention to the details and follow the study expectation exactly
SPECIFICS FOR THIS PROJECT
- January 19-21 and/or February 2-5
- 8am- 8pm
* estimate - $20/hour
- Houston, TX (local candidates only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for automotive market research sessions
- Assist with participant flow, check-in, and general session logistics
- Follow detailed research instructions and protocols precisely
- Support interviewers and project staff as needed
- Maintain a professional, neutral presence to protect research integrity
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for participants and clients
Qualifications:
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking direction and working within structured processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior market research experience or knowledge is a plus
