This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Senior Real Estate Broker. The Senior Broker will be responsible for managing and closing commercial real estate transactions, building and maintaining a strong client network, providing expert advice on real property and market trends, and negotiating sales and lease agreements. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service to clients and achieving sales targets through proactive strategies and relationship building.

• Extensive experience in Brokerage and Real Estate with strong market knowledge.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to manage and close complex transactions in commercial real estate.
• Strong expertise in Real Property management with an understanding of property valuation and market analysis.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Real Estate Broker license in the state of Texas.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Houston real estate market is highly desirable.
