Job Description

As a Property Manager you will play a critical role in driving the success of our rental community by taking ownership of all activities related to the property. You will be responsible for achieving leasing goals, managing the property’s budget, and ensuring operational success while providing a high level of service to prospects and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive leasing activity and achieve leasing goals.
  • Manage the property’s budget, control expenditures, and maximize income.
  • Ensure operational success and high level of service to prospects and residents.
  • Coordinate with staff, peers, and management.
  • Provide leadership and foster a culture of customer service.
  • Implement creative marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • Apply problem‑solving mindset and communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a property manager.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with property budgeting, collections, and maximizing NOI.
