We’re looking for an experienced
Bilingual
Leasing Manager who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in running a strong leasing operation. This is a confidential opportunity at a well-established apartment community for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting both residents and team members.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the onsite team by:
- Leasing apartment homes and helping keep occupancy strong
- Handling rent collection, posting rent, and issuing late notices accurately
- Assisting residents with move-out notices, service requests, and transfer requests
- Supporting day-to-day community operations and management needs
- Treating all resident information with care and strict confidentiality
- Preparing reports, paperwork, and leasing documentation
- Helping promote the community through social media and marketing efforts
- Supporting and coaching Leasing Agents to help them grow and succeed
- Delivering friendly, professional service to current and future residents
- Working closely with onsite leadership to keep the community running smoothly
This role is a great fit if you:
- Have2+ years of experience as an Assistant Managerin the apartment industry with strong leasing and customer service experience
- Are adynamic, self-motivated professional who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Have direct experience supporting or leading lease-up efforts, with a strong ability to drive traffic, follow up with prospects, and close leases
- Enjoy sales and have aproven ability to close while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Are comfortable using social media and digital marketing toolsto promote the community, increase visibility, and support leasing goals
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer serviceto both prospects and residents
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, team members, and leadership
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance
- Are flexible with your schedule, including some weekends
- Have a stable work history
- Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
