What You’ll Do as a Bridge Group Agent- Proactive Lead Generation & Business Growth: Follow our proven lead-gen system daily through calls, texts, open houses, social media, and your personal sphere — all supported by coaching and accountability.

Compensation100% Commission
Responsibilities- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal.
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes.
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
- Follow‑up with leads to increase sales.

Required:
- Active Texas Real Estate License: Must hold an active Real Estate Sales Agent License in the state of Texas.
- Tech‑Savvy & Systems‑Oriented: Proficient with Google Suite and comfortable using digital tools such as CRM platforms, Canva, Notion, and other productivity or client‑service technologies.
- Proven Sales
Experience:
Demonstrated success in real estate sales, including a strong track record of closing transactions and nurturing long-term client relationships. - Client Consultation Expertise: Skilled at understanding client needs, providing tailored guidance and helping buyers or sellers make confident, informed decisions.
- Market & Community Knowledge: Ability to research, interpret, and communicate neighborhood and market data to offer clients meaningful insights about potential properties.
- Exceptional Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to establish trust, influence decisions, and ensure a smooth, professional transaction experience.
