We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction, maximize occupancy, protect property assets, and manage financial and maintenance responsibilities with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications:- Proven 5–15-year experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real‑estate role
- Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant law, and property operations
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Moderate to advanced experience with monthly financial reporting and calls with asset managers/ownership
- Experience bidding and managing 3rd party vendor and Cap Ex as well as processing invoices for payment
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
Skills:
- Conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with local rental market trends
- Moderate to advanced understanding of budgeting
