Overview

We are recruiting on behalf a small, expanding investment firm that capitalizes multifamily construction and development nationwide. This group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented real estate paralegal to support the General Counsel. This newly created role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic organization driven by experienced real estate professionals, with a focus on high-impact transactions and investments.

Based in the Houston office, you will play a key role in facilitating closings, managing due diligence, and supporting asset management activities, contributing directly to the success of their projects and growth.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, banking, or private equity environments
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience in coordinating closings, preparing legal and entity formation documents, and managing due diligence checklists
