We are a technology-driven real estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system and more leads than we can currently handle. Our Team Leader has been in real estate for 25+ years, is a Master Coach with one of the top coaching companies in the US and Canada, and has led top-producing teams doing 100+ transactions per year. She is new to Houston (Cypress, TX) and building a team here!

She's looking for Hungry, Humble, Smart, and Coachable team players who want to close at least 24 transactions per year! And she'll help you do it!

Responsibilities
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Compensation

Compensation: $81,578 per year
