We are accepting resumes for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.
Hometowne on Bellfort apartment homes are located in a well‑established neighborhood in Houston, Texas, that offers a unique combination of upscale amenities and affordability.

• Operating a full sales desk – sales calls, answering leasing inquiries, providing community information and scheduling appointments with prospective residents.
• Interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, showing vacant apartments, explaining pricing and lease terms, processing rental applications and negotiating lease renewals.
• Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank‑you notes and performing follow‑up in a prompt fashion.
• Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information.

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service, sales and personal interaction skills.
• Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics.
• At least two years of a successful sales track record in multi‑family required.
• Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
• MUST work Saturday & Sunday.
• Customer service background.
• Experience of one year plus needed.
