This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Greater Houston. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing residential, commercial, and investment properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging in property showings, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Agents will also leverage JLA Realty’s resources and training to grow and sustain their professional real estate businesses.

• Possess an active Real Estate License in the state of Texas
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities and relationship management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency with real estate market research and related software tools
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Greater Houston area real estate market is a plus
