Gateway on Cullen is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for our Student Housing community located in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors

* Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue

* Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew

* Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

* Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

* Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

* Lease-up experience preferred.

* Student Housing experience

* Experience with Entrata.

* Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* TSU or UH organizations' involvement presently or previously a plus but not required.
