Senior Escrow Officer – Post Oak Location True Title Houston

• Manage complex residential and commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing
• Prepare settlement statements, closing documents, and ensure all disbursements are accurate
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to keep transactions moving
• Review title commitments and resolve title issues before closing
• Conduct closings with professionalism and attention to detail
• Mentor junior escrow staff and contribute to team development
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry professionals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including TRID and ALTA standards

• 5+ years of escrow/closing experience in Texas (residential and/or commercial)
• Texas Title License (required)
• Deep knowledge of title insurance, settlement procedures, and real estate law
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex issues in plain English
• Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure when deadlines are tight
• Experience with title production software (Ram Quest, Soft Pro, or similar)
