Leasing Coordinator

In this role, you’ll support day-to-day leasing execution and operations for an active portfolio, with hands‑on involvement throughout the full leasing lifecycle; from tenant prospecting and underwriting to lease documentation, broker and principal support, and marketing execution at multiple locations. You’ll work closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to move leasing activity efficiently from initial inquiry through execution, while maintaining accurate records and supporting occupancy growth.

• Administer and draft license agreements and leases through our leasing portal; create and maintain custom Excel templates for deal tracking and reporting
• Prepare concise deal summaries capturing financial terms, proposal details, and tenant business background
• Manage the renewal pipeline: initiate outreach, draft pro‑forma proposals, perform door drops when needed, and enter upcoming renewal activity into YDM ahead of budgeting
• Support underwriting of prospective tenants by preparing credit approval packages and coordinating background and credit checks
• Support location‑level marketing efforts, including verifying signage, reconciling rent rolls with occupancy, ensuring accurate availability materials, flyering, outbound outreach, and running quarterly market comparable analyses
• Maintain Deal Manager records by updating communications, deal notes, and attachments
• Manage incoming leads; respond promptly, coordinate with brokers as appropriate, enter leads into Deal Manager, and follow up persistently until contact is made

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with solid Excel and organizational skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• A proactive, execution‑focused mindset and the ability to work independently
• Comfort conducting outreach via phone, email, and in person
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior experience in commercial real estate, leasing administration, property management, flexible workspace, or brokerage support is a plus, but not required
