. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate professional with a background in commercial property management to join a stable and growing organization.

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties. This role requires strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage both the physical and financial aspects of each property.

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and address tenant concerns promptly
• Oversee vendor contracts, property maintenance, and service requests
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and track variances
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines
• Conduct property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and safety
• Coordinate tenant improvements, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
• Work closely with accounting staff on CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and reporting

• Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and property operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Houston area
• Texas Real Estate License preferred but not required
