Real Estate Property Manager

Flat Fee Landlord is looking for a positive, driven, in‑office team member to support our residents and landlord clients with excellent communication, strong follow‑through, and a solutions‑focused mindset.

You will be the primary point of contact for resident and client communication, lease renewals, rent delinquency follow‑up, and daily coordination to ensure our properties run smoothly.

• Serve as primary point of contact for resident and client communication.
• Handle lease renewals and rent delinquency follow‑ups.
• Coordinate daily operations to maintain smooth property function.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents and clients.

• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Experience in property management or related field is a plus but not required.

Hourly Rate: $18 - $23.50
